A professional accepting is free — you only pay when you confirm the booking. If nobody is confirmed before the shift starts, you pay nothing, and any fee already paid is refunded automatically. Cancel 24 hours or more ahead for a full refund. Professionals never pay. Hourly pay is arranged directly between the clinic and the professional — DayDent does not run payroll or set rates.
